Shipping policy

All orders placed at www.paintingladydesigns.com  will normally be processed within 1-3 days. Customers have a wide choice of USPS weight based shipping options and delivery times – from inexpensive First Class (for packages weighing a total under 1 lb) to the fastest 2 day delivery via Priority Express Mail.

Your shipping options will be shown in a drop down menu during checkout. Simply choose your option and the platform will calculate the cost of shipping to your address. Please note: Retail orders totaling $100 or more are eligible for Free Shipping. Please choose this option at checkout to take advantage of this offer.  You will receive an automated email message confirming placement of your order. 

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email (with tracking information if included in the shipping option you have chosen). Please note:  Automated emails often go to email spam or trash folders.  Please check your spam folder if you do not see your notification emails in your inbox.
