How To Paint Your Own:  You will need to apply this paper before coloring it.  Just apply the decoupage as you normally would.  All of our papers come with printed instructions on 2 different methods you can use to apply our papers.  It is recommended that you go ahead and seal the paper with your favorite matte clear top coat before and after painting or coloring with your favorite medium.
