The paper and ink combination we use in manufacturing was especially designed for use with decoupage.  The paper is strong and smooth - it does not tear like tissue paper and napkins and does not show fibers like rice and mulberry paper. The brilliant ink colors do not crack or run.  The combination is perfect for decoupage, crafting and multi-media artwork.
