How To: You will need to apply this paper before coloring it. Just apply the decoupage as you normally would. All of our papers come with printed instructions on 2 different methods you can use to apply our papers. It is recommended that you go ahead and seal the paper with your favorite clear top coat before painting. Watch for a blog on how I did the demo for this product. Hope you enjoy it!
